Carpin Properties Group was originally set up in 1995 and is concerned with Investment and Residential rental property.

We now have Property Lettings in the South East of England. The properties include one and two bedroom flats and apartments and three bedroom houses. They can be either furnished or unfurnished. Some of the flats and apartments are new build while others are of Victorian architecture.

We also have properties available for letting in Spain. There are further investments on the European mainland in Bulgaria (David Carpin Properties Ltd) and Croatia and there are plans to further invest in the UK, Europe, Florida (USA) and other property markets.

As a result of property letting in the UK, there was a need to begin to redevelop, redesign, redecorate and provide maintenance for letted properties in the UK. We now provide these services for other property investors and homeowners.

The services are: building work, plumbing, electrical work, decorating (decoration is neutral and is specific to the lettings market), general property maintenance, electrical engineering. (Carpin Electrical Design Enterprise Ltd), carpentry & joinery, painting and decorating, bricklaying, UPVS windows, plastering, patios & decking, driveways, fencing, roofing & guttering, all garden projects, kitchen & bathrooms, tiling and complete refurbishments.
